Grievance

1.Citizen’s Charter of KVS is placed near principal office, staff room and entrance for the awareness of parents and students. 2. Principal’s visiting hours during working days 11 am to 12 noon to meet parents/visitors for problems and suggestions. 3. PTA meeting after every unit test to discuss progress and problems of students with their parents. 4. Parents are allowed to meet and discuss with teachers on last working day(half day) for the welfare of students. 5. Parent members are permitted to give their valuable suggestions for the problem of teacher and development of Vidyalaya in VMC/VEC meeting. 6. Written complaints/ suggestions are acknowledged proceeded in accordance with the rule and kept confidential with intimation to the concerned and officials. 7. Discipline committee to resolve day to day problems of students with the intimation to parents written or telephonically.
